This is my first time with this product. I'm glad I read the instructions that said to NOT chew the gummy, but to let it dissolve. That was news to me. Tasty and effective. I made the mistake of having one in the morning. I had a long drive in the afternoon and became quite sleepy. (I went to a rest area to close my eyes a few minutes.) Take at night only! Great price and extremely fast shipping, which I love.

Great for Pre Surgery
I had a small medical procedure today that involved a couple of shots and a small incision, which I do every 5 months. Since I hate needles with a venomous passion, I decided to pop a couple of gummies prior to the procedure to see what happened and I'm happy to say that it was the least stressful experience I've had to date. I still felt the shots but not as badly but better yet, I really didn't care and still don't 4 hours later. You can bet that this will be common practice in the future.
