Fabulous!
Due to age and some significant lower back pain, sleep has become a great challenge. I had not been able to lay flat for over three years and although an adjustable bedframe helped, I still woke up frequently and was getting 3 to 6 hours of sleep per night. I purchased a jar of 50 mg Soggy Bottom Hemp soft gels at the Overland Park farmers market. I had hoped for perhaps a subtle improvement, but never expected the fantastic results that I have experienced. I purchased the gel caps with the hope they would help a bit with the amount of sleep I was getting, but had not considered them as also possibly helping to alleviate my back pain. Not only am I sleeping between six and eight hours a night, but I am again laying flat with absolutely no pain. Seriously, no pain! In addition, the osteoarthritis in my hands has significantly improved. Since the farmers markets will be ending for the season soon, I just purchased five more jars – three for myself, one for my sister, and one for my daughter! Thank you Soggy Bottom Hemp!
